The Boatyard Inn Vacation Rentals Policies

The Boatyard Inn - Vacation Rentals is a Non-Smoking and PET-FREE property.

Smoking or pets in the units will result in a $500 cleaning surcharge and you will be asked to leave the property without credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel free of charge up to 10 days prior to a reservation.

In order to cancel a reservation you must call our office or email boatyard@whidbey.com. Please make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation via email from us.

All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking. Room rent and tax for entire stay will be charged 9 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable.

You may check-in ANYTIME AFTER 3PM. For arrivals prior to 3pm, please contact us in advance to see about early access options

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

9 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
