You will need a credit card to reserve a room (although the card is not charged until checkout). All accounts are payable upon check-out. VISA, MC, Diner’s Club/Carte Blanche, AMEX, Washington State personal checks and of course, cash, are accepted. (Canadian dollars accepted at current rate of exchange.)
What is your cancellation policy?
We are a small Inn and fill up quickly. We send many people away that would have otherwise paid for the room. If reservations are not canceled within the time period stated below, or should you have to check out before your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for the entire contracted length of stay if the room/suite cannot be re-rented.
- Mid-Week & Weekends: 10 days prior to reservation
- Holidays: 14 days prior to reservation
You may check in any time after 3pm. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you wish to extend your stay, we will try to accommodate your request.
What is your parking policy?
Complimentary parking is available at the Inn, but parking spaces are limited. If you have more than one automobile or are expecting guests, let us know in advance so we can suggest nearby alternatives.
What is your smoking policy?
The Boatyard Inn is a non-smoking facility. Please do not smoke in the rooms, on the outside decks, or on the Boatyard Inn's beach. If you would like to smoke, you may do so in the parking area only. Smoking in the room will result in a $250 cleaning surcharge.
Can I bring my children?
The upper level loft units (2,4,6,8) are not suitable for children under the age of 12. If traveling with children under 12, upon request we may be able to accommodate them in our Townhouse Suite 10 or Waterview Studio 9. All other rooms not suitable for children.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately we cannot accomodate pets.
If you have a certified trained service animal please contact our office directly so we can accomodate you.
What supplies are included in the galley kitchens?
All rooms include basic kitchen and dining supplies. However, please check with the office if you need additional pots, pans, cutlery, eating utensils, dinner- or barware.
Can you accommodate guests with disabilities?
Yes, the Boatyard Inn has one ADA-accessible room.
