Savor Spring, Whidbey Island Vintners & Distiller's Tour May 14th and 15th This tour includes not only tastes of wine and spirits -- many of them new releases for spring -- but each venue will also feature a food vendor with samples of locally made and grown foods, creating a true taste of Whidbey Island.
PAWZ 5K/10K Walk/Run Memorial Day, Monday, May 30 The event takes place on 2nd Street in Langley, Washington, on beautiful Whidbey Island and benefits Happy Hounds 4H Club and Good Cheer Pet Food Bank.
Langley Farmers Market Fridays through September 30 Our Whidbey Island vendors work all week to bring farm fresh products and beautiful arts and crafts to market. There are also home-grown musicians providing entertainment.
Bayview Farmers Market Saturdays through October 29 Saturdays from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. Whether you are looking to get some fresh produce, plants, meat, (or the starts and planters to grow your own) our farmers and growers have you covered.
The South Whidbey Tilth Farmers Market Sundays through October 16 Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market is a family friendly place on a lush meadow with picnic tables, live music, educational features and children's activities.
Meerkerk Gardens Peak Bloom Season April - May April and May are the months where the garden's signature Rhododendrons are in peak bloom. From white "waterfalls" to red riots, the "rhodys" colorful display is a fun and peaceful experience that takes you far away from the stress of modern life.
Memorial Day Parade May 28th The Coupeville Chamber of Commerce proudly organizes the Memorial Day parade to honor our military. View the parade from the charming historic downtown streets with Penn Cove as the beautiful backdrop.
Sunday Live Music Series at Blooms Winery June 5th through September 4th Local musicians come play every Sunday afternoon from 3-5 pm. Enjoy a glass of hand crafted award winning Blooms wine while you listen and visit with friends.
Old Fashioned 4th OH July July 2nd There will be a grand parade on Monday morning and fireworks later in the evening. The carnival will be running the whole weekend, from June 30th to July 4th!
Celebrate America Festival July 3rd A family afternoon and evening of games, food, and music lead up to the evening's main event, the largest fireworks display on Whidbey Island.

Race Week July 11th - 15th Spectators watch from the shores of Penn Cove and Saratoga Passage as these boats maneuver around a course that challenges the best sailor's skills. It feels a bit like NASCAR as boats race around the course.
Bayview Street Dance with Western Heroes July 13th 6-8pm Community dance with Western Heroes, original rock. Admission free, food & beverages for purchase. Hosted by Goosefoot.
Whidbey Island Triathalon July 30th Beloved by locals and visitors alike for its scenic course and friendly volunteers, the Whidbey Island Triathlon is a great first triathlon for beginners, and still a fun and challenging event for experienced triathletes.
Lavender Wind Farm Festival July 30th - July 31st Lavender and art at Lavender Wind Farm. Stroll the gorgeous grounds and lavender labyrinth, browse the various booths showcasing local artisans, wander through the fragrant fields of lavender, and sit in the wine garden and enjoy live music.
Race the Reserve Half Marathon, 10k & 5k August 13th Courses traverse Ebeys Landing National Historic Reserve. There are spectacular, panoramic mountain, water and prairie farmland views across Ebey's Landing and Admiralty Inlet
Arts and Crafts Festival August 13th The Festival is renowned for its primary focus on quality arts and crafts, handmade by artisans from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Shoppers, vendors and visitors will all be charmed by the waterfront views.
Dock Stock 2016 August 19th Annual musical "thank you" to visiting boaters from the Port of South Whidbey. Two nights of live music and crab cook-off.
Tour de Whidbey August 20th Beautiful scenic routes throughout Whidbey Island; convenient rest stops with friendly volunteers serving snacks and beverages. Routes 30 - 100 miles, and a family friendly 10 mile mostly flat venue as well!
Soup Box Derby August 21st Come check out the wacky designs and costumes that participants will wear in the wildest race on the island. And if you re up for it, enter the race along with your friends. Every entrant receives a trophy.
